Karen Mckeown, a dedicated stargazer from Tullibody, Scotland, recently captured an extraordinary sight in the sky that has everyone talking. Her photos reveal a glowing đ©ïž swirling portal-shaped cloud, lighting up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie.
The peculiar formation has sparked theories ranging from rare weather phenomena toâyou guessed itâđœ alien activity. Social media exploded with guesses, memes, and a few panicked âhide your cows!â posts.
Even Tullibodyâs Mayor, Thomas MacFadden, couldnât resist adding his two cents. In an interview with the Tullibody Times, he said:
âIf this is aliens, I just hope they know how to parallel park their UFOs. We donât need another incident like the Tesco lot last Christmas,â referencing a local prank involving stacked shopping carts.
The Mayor wasnât done yet. âIâve spoken to our weather experts, and they say itâs likely just a lenticular cloud lit by the setting sun. But if it is a portal, Iâll personally welcome the visitorsâas long as they bring snacks. đ€â
Meanwhile, residents couldnât help but add their own spin. One local shared, âMy dogâs been howling at the sky for days. Either aliens are coming, or heâs sick of my cooking. đâšâ
Karen, armed with her trusty đ telescope, remains open-minded. âI donât know what it was, but it was beautiful and strange,â she said.
While meteorologists point to science, others are holding out hope for something a little more exciting. Whether itâs a natural wonder or a cosmic mystery, one thingâs for sure: Tullibody has its eyes on the skyâand its humor firmly intact.
